Setup Categories

This is available in the Pro version only.

In the Pro version of Simple Feature Requests, you can add categories for your requests. This is a great way to keep the requests organised, and to enhance the filtering for your users.

To create categories:

  • Log in to the WordPress admin area.

  • Navigate to Requests > Categories.

  • These can be added in the same way as post categories. Enter the Name of your category into the form and click Add New Category.

Users will now be required to choose a category when submitting a request on the frontend:
