You can turn commenting on/off for requests from within the settings page.

Click Requests &gt; Settings.

Click Save Changes when you're done.

1. Navigate to your WordPress admin area.
2. Click Requests &gt; Settings.
3. Click the General tab.
4. See the Enable Comments checkbox.
 

5. Click Save Changes when you're done.
